Program Description
Infinite Health Services, LLC meets the clients' logistical preferences (i.e. frequency and type of services, geographical considerations). Our administrative support team ensures a professional satisfying customer experience. Our guiding principles are repetitive topics in our daily briefings, monthly meetings and they are the tools we use to measure client outcomes.
Schedule of Rates: Fees and rates are available for your review upon request.
Inspection Report: Inspection Reports from the Georgia Department of Community Health are available for your review upon request from the Administrator.
Policies and Procedures: Upon request you may review our policies and procedures.
Persons Served
We serve individuals from ages 21 to 99 with no discrimination to race, color sex, religion, national origin or disabilities. We specialize in serving individuals who are elderly, disabled, and medically fragile.
